The Orange camp plans to adopt the Bomas Draft through another referendum if they win the Monday vote.

"We will amend it by changing some areas properly and ensure that it is subjected to a referendum for Kenyans to adopt it," said Ruto.

Orange spokesman William Ruto said the Bomas Draft would be the way forward after the November 21 win.

"We are sure of the No win on Monday. People of Kenyawill have said they want a people-driven constitution and that is what we intend to pursue," said Ruto.

The Kanu secretary-general was speaking at the Orange Secretariat on Wednesday after a meeting attended by Roads minister Raila Odinga and Kanu chairman Uhuru Kenyatta.

It was also attended by Cabinet ministers William ole Ntimama, Lina Kilomo, Najib Balala, several MPs and former vice-president Musalia Mudavadi.

The meeting was for all the Orange polling agents in the November 21 referendum from all the provinces.

"Constitution is about people. By voting No on Monday, the people will have said that they want the process to start a fresh to have a people-driven constitution," said Ruto.

Ruto said the Orangeteam would move to Parliament and make the necessary legislation, which will provide the legal framework to discuss the Bomas Draft.

He said that Kenyans should not listen to results, which will be announced by a radio station because it was biased in favour of the Banana camp.

"The issue we are raising here is not far-fetched. It has happened. They have jammed one of the radio stations," said Ruto.

Kilonzo said the judgment delivered by the three judges Justice Joseph Nyamu, Anyara Emukule and Roselyn Wendo on Tuesday was a recipe for disaster.

"While we do not entirely agree with the judgment of the constitutional court, we are nevertheless glad that Kenyans can now make their will known in the next five days," he said.

Kilimo said women had nothing to benefit from the proposed constitution.

Ntimama said Kenyans must remain firm and vote No on the proposed constitution on Monday. The minister said the campaign would be sustained until 2007.
